Mr Felice Zacchero ,Head of Unit at DG DEVCO, announces an upcoming appointment of Ambassadors who will be responsible for promoting the Covenant of Mayors in Sub-Saharan Africa and an extension phase that will allow the European Union to extend its support to other African cities.
