However, there are many opportunities for businesses and financiers to invest in climate and energy action to reduce the city’s vulnerability to risks while increasing its profits. For instance, the SEACAP shows Garoua’s potential, prioritizing many infrastructure projects that include new business opportunities coming from solar panels, biodigesters and clean cooking technologies.
