City Infographic | Bobo-Dioulasso – Access to Energy

Currently, 60% of households in Bobo-Dioulasso have access to electricity, 13% of which is currently supplied by renewable energy. To grow these numbers, CoM SSA is taking action to improve access to clean energy, helping Bobo-Dioulasso increase on- and off-grid energy production and extend the existing electricity grid to unserved areas. These concrete measures aim at increasing access to electricity for households in the city to 80%, 50 % through renewable, by 2030.
